Muri new build, Pukerua Bay
This architecturally designed new build showcases a thoughtful response to both site and outlook. The home is arranged around four interconnected quadrants linked by a central corridor. Large picture-frame windows create a gallery-like experience, while the second floor maximises natural light and captures sweeping coastal views.
Apartments, Paraparaumu Beach
This project combines architecturally designed luxury townhouses, modern apartments and retail spaces. It was managed by the Build two team and designed to deliver high quality living and commercial opportunities. The development has one, two and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom townhouses and retail/office spaces at street level.
Housing development, Raumati Beach Village
This development features ten standalone three-bedroom homes. Each was thoughtfully designed, fenced and fully landscaped as a complete, ready-to-move-in solution for families, first-home buyers & investors.
Levin makeover & renovation
Build two transformed this once-neglected Levin property into a modern, functional four-bedroom home, with accessibility at the heart of the design. The renovation focused on creating a fully wheelchair-accessible layout, incorporating wider doorways, level-entry showers and seamless transitions throughout.
Townhouses, Paraparaumu
This development of six architecturally designed townhouses delivers a refined balance of style, functionality and coastal living. Each 158sqm home features modern, well-considered layouts with internal lifts, private courtyards and generous entertaining decks designed to capture late sun and sweeping sea views.
Studio new build, Pukerua Bay
This architecturally designed two-bedroom studio home features an open-plan living area that opens seamlessly onto a sun-drenched deck. Built as the first stage of a long-term site plan, the studio has been carefully designed to function as a standalone home, with future plans in place for a larger family residence at the front of the property.
