Build 2.0 project managed and built this striking Paraparaumu development of six architecturally designed townhouses, delivering a perfect balance of style, functionality and coastal living. Each 158sqm home combines modern design with practical layouts, featuring internal lifts, private courtyards and expansive entertaining decks that capture late sun and sweeping sea views. New Wellington Construction
Sam developed this land in Paraparaumu with a bold vision: to create six high-spec townhouses that made the most of their unique location. With views stretching from Kāpiti Island on one side, to the golf course on the other, the homes were designed to showcase the outlook while delivering spacious, functional living for modern lifestyles.
Working with Solari Architects, Build 2.0 delivered on this vision with a collection of stylish 158sqm homes. Each townhouse features three bedrooms, three tiled bathrooms, an internal lift, soaring ceiling heights and internal access garaging. Clever layout places a self-contained guest suite on the lower level. With an ensuite, kitchenette and access to a private west-facing courtyard, it's ideal for extended family, visitors or even Airbnb hosting.
Premium Residential Development
The middle level offers two generous bedrooms with built-in storage, accompanied by a sleek tiled bathroom and ensuite, each with oversized showers. The top floor is the true highlight: expansive open-plan living with a raked ceiling to maximise light and views to Kāpiti Island. A designer kitchen features stone benchtops and quality appliances, while the living space enjoys seamless indoor–outdoor flow to a sun-soaked deck.
The cedar and plaster exterior cladding is modern, stylish and low maintenance. A standout moment of the build came when the team installed 320m² of cassette flooring in just three hours, an impressive feat of planning and precision. Despite the challenge of a busy, tight-access site, Build 2.0 managed the project to ensure smooth delivery and minimise disruption. Regular consultant inspections throughout the build ensured every detail met the highest standards of quality.
