Roseneath Project

This Roseneath home is undergoing a major transformation: a carefully planned extension and renovation years in the making. The clients had plans drawn up some time ago and were waiting for the right moment to bring their vision to life. Referred by a past client, they reached out, and after a few initial meetings, we began working together.

We helped them engage a quantity surveyor and a draftsman, reworking parts of the existing design to better suit their needs before moving ahead with consents. From there, the build has unfolded with a focus on both structure and style.

The project includes a significant foundation upgrade to support new structural steel, allowing for a modern open-plan living space. The roof has been completely reconfigured and replaced with long-run metal roofing, and all windows are being upgraded with new glazing. A major highlight is the relocated master bedroom, now capturing ocean views, along with a new kitchen layout featuring a walk-in scullery.
