Build 2.0 successfully delivered a residential development in the heart of Raumati Beach Village, showcasing their expertise in project management and high-quality construction. The development features ten standalone three-bedroom homes, each thoughtfully designed as a complete, ready-to-move-in solution for families, first-home buyers and investors.
The build took place during the uncertainty of the COVID era, but clear systems, strong supplier relationships and disciplined financial oversight kept the project on track. Weekly meetings with suppliers, monthly check-ins with the bank and a big-picture approach (including a giant whiteboard) helped us maintain momentum. We shared weekly updates via Google Drive so everyone stayed informed and aligned.
To maintain quality across all 10 homes without blowing the budget, we selected efficient, durable materials: brick cladding for low maintenance, high-spec building wrap to fast-track interior work and smart internal layouts to maximise usable space. Each home was fully landscaped, fenced and fitted with modern appliances and fixtures, making them truly turnkey, with nothing left to do but move in. Contact Sam for your next project.
When Sam, our director, saw the development for sale with consented plans already in place, he jumped at the opportunity. Build 2.0 secured finance, assembled a experienced team and got to work delivering homes to appeal to families, first-home buyers and investors alike. 
Five of the homes were built by Build 2.0 and we brought in trusted contractors to construct the remaining five. Sam project managed the entire development from start to finish.

We delivered the project on time and within budget, no small feat for a multi-home development in a volatile market. While we did encounter some compliance challenges from inheriting someone else’s plans, the experience sharpened our approach for future projects.
